My therapeutic style is deeply client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked for Los Angeles County Social Services for 17 years, which gave me a holistic appreciation for human resilience across diverse cultures and backgrounds. I pull from evidence-based practices, including:

  • Attachment-Based Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Motivational Interviewing & Seeking Safety

  • In training for Eye Movement Desensitization Re-processing (EMDR)

  • Session Rate: $160 per 50-minute individual session
